SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Costs and Options: 

• At J & J we strive to keep shipping costs low, so we do offer combined shipping as well as ways to combine orders to achieve free shipping at certain pricing levels which will be posted on the site. We also offer free local pick up or meet up (at buyers discretion) in the Green Bay area which both parties shall agree on a mutually beneficial time. However, on smaller orders we cannot not offer free shipping due to the overall cost structures. Any posted policies will be honored regarding free shipping with orders. 

Domestic and International Fulfillment: 

• Currently we only shipping to the continental US via USPS Ground Advantage only. Each package will be tracked from shipping to delivery and the buyer will receive a tracking number for their records and tracking convenience. 

Order Processing times

• Orders are normally shipped out within 48 hours Monday-Saturday excluding government holidays.  

Potential Service Outages

• In the event of a service outage or disruption, we will fulfill any orders or questions as soon as feasibly possible. 

• As we are a small family owned business, there are times where we may be away during holidays. These are typically short weekend absences where we may be unable to ship products however, we can always be reached via email and we do monitor and will respond as promptly as possible.

Claims: 

• We know how important our sport collectibles are to all of us, so we package each card as if we were the ones receiving it. Being able to gain your repeat business is extremely important to us, so we package all cards in an effort to prevent theft and damage while in transit. However, in the unlikely event that a card is lost by the USPS or damaged by the USPS, the buyer is required to contact us within 24 hours and notify us regarding any missing or damaged products along with pictures of any damaged products. Please make sure to retain all packaging. Standard USPS policy will cover the cost of the cards up to $100. We at J & J Sports Collectibles, LLC will always procure insurance to cover any amount over $100 that you purchase so that your entire shipment is covered for the full amount of your purchase - at no additional cost to you. 

• Once the USPS records receipt of the products from J & J Sports Collectibles, LLC the ownership of the card(s) transfers to the buyer. Any claims against the USPS for damage or missing goods would need to be filed with the USPS promptly. File a Claim | USPS. 

• J & J Sports Collectibles, LLC will help to facilitate any such claims.
